Okay, I've just watched this and have no words to describe how good it was. After watching all three seasons of takagi-san, this movie just ended the series in the best way possible. I've watched a lot of rom com anime, since it's my favorite anime genre, and from all of them, this movie has the best ending that a rom com anime could ever have. I'm just so happy that I decided to watch takagi-san during my school break. It has become one of my favorite anime of all time. If you are asking whether you shouldwatch Takagi-san, please give it a chance, I'm sure you won't regret it.

Oh my God! I can honestly say that this movie was the most interesting, beautiful, and enjoyable of all three seasons of the anime. Most of its parts were so heartbreaking, and I was almost in tears when it ended. I recommend this movie to everyone who has seen the series. You absolutely must watch this movie! Especially if you want to reach the end of the story and finally see this romantic relationship! Wow, it was so beautiful! This episode focused more on emotions, love, and affection than the humor in the series' seasons. And I have to say, it's one of those moviesthat once you download and watch it, you never want to delete it. A corner of your mobile phone's memory will forever belong to this movie. This episode was truly full of emotions... and it was much more interesting to me in terms of story and characters than the series. It was a wonderful experience! Thank you!

The plot of the movie is literally a standard Summer vacation for children. There is absolutely nothing special or interesting. You could go outside, watch children play, and that's the same as the movie. There is no creativity. It is extremely plain and boring. The movie is nothing like the previous seasons. Do not expect any comedy or Takagi's usual teasing. It is purely slice of life. There is not really any plot or character development, so it does not add on to the original story and there is no point of watching the movie. It is pretty much a waste of time.

This movie left a void in my soul, because it marked the ending of the anime franchise for the foreseeable future. Anyone who likes Takagi-san should continue the anime and watch all the way up until this point, it was and is very worth it. If you haven't seen any of it then I advise you to start from the first season, and work your way up from there until watching this after season 3. I rarely cry at media, but I was bawling by the end of certain scenes and got very emotional. Alright, on to the general review stuffs. Story: This movie deviates fromthe typical nature of the seasons (i.e. not having multiple chapters per episode), rather, this movie is showing and telling one continuous story as it progresses. It was neither simplistic nor complex in my opinion; tropes were sparingly used, or at least I didn't catch any when watching. I found myself unable to predict what was going to happen / where or when Nishikata was going to confess (if he was at all). The comedy in this anime was funny and the suspense was light. The ending of the movie was satisfying; the characters we follow throughout all have resolutions at the end, although one side couple is left open-ended. I don't think that hurts the movie at all, though, in fact it invites even more thought afterwards. Art: The art was crisp and the animations were smooth. It was very similar to season 3, which makes sense because this movie was released a few months after it. The art style is also just as fitting for the story told as it has always been. The art style and animation since season 1 has gotten even better as well. Backgrounds were done really well; always quite detailed but never taking away from the stories being told throughout. Music: I have personally always thought the OST was superb in this anime, but the movie really stepped this up a notch and did not fail to deliver for me. Each choice matched the vibe of the scene they were used in very well (often enhancing them, even), and transitions between music were seamless as always. I watched this with subtitles for Japanese, and Rie Takahashi excelled like always at voicing Takagi-san. This makes sense, since the mangaka has stated before that he cannot imagine Takagi being voiced by anyone other than Takahashi. Enjoyment: I think other people would absolutely enjoy this anime as a whole, just as aforementioned do not start here. I would even go as far as to say that people who do not typically watch anime might enjoy this. It is devoid of anime tropes (such as fanservice / ecchi) that may look hella weird to the general public. I would rewatch this movie in the future; it was very enjoyable and a good way to end the anime, and I think I may notice things I did not notice before as a result. I would like to collect the manga in both English and Japanese to support the mangaka. Speaking of the manga, the manga continues after the movie ends. I have heard that some scenes in the manga are better across the franchise, but as I feel that is typically the case because of time constraints when adapting, it does not take away from the movie for me personally. I will constantly remember and reflect on this in the future. If you read this far, thank you for your time and you should watch this movie.

All three seasons of the anime were very good, but this movie failed miserably to deliver what it should have. While some people may disagree with me, I feel compelled to express my overwhelmingly negative feelings about it. I recommend that people simply read the final 2-3 chapters of the manga, which offer a far better ending to the series. The anime "Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san" boasts exceptional art, solid direction, and great music. It may not be the funniest anime, but it captures the joyfulness of the characters, and had me cheering for Nishikata every step of the way in his interactions with Takagi. Thelighthearted and charming dynamic between Nishikata and Takagi was the highlight of the entire anime. This movie was supposed to conclude the series, provide entertainment, and allow everyone to witness the long-awaited confession from Nishikata. Unfortunately, it veered off course. Issue 1: She is not Takagi. Takagi-san is the reason people watch the anime. She is cute, smart, calm, and mysterious. Some of the best moments in the anime are when Nishikata surprises Takagi and breaks her usual poker-face smile. However, this movie didn't showcase the Takagi we know. She didn't tease Nishikata even once after the main plot began. Every trace of the Takagi we adore was absent; she wasn't smart, calm, or mysterious like the Takagi we once knew. If she were a generic anime girl, it would be fine, but she is the TEASING MASTER Takagi-san, so it's not! Issue 2: The awful confession. The past 3 seasons were building for this moment, and the confession ending is incredibly lackluster. For those who have seen it, it's like if, in "Love is War," Shirogane confessed to Shinomiya after she was attacked by a group of thugs, and his confession sounded like, "Oh, I will protect you!!!". Instead of having a grandiose and flashy confession like "Love is War" or a fun and cute confession as the anime ALWAYS did, the movie chose to have Nishikata confess in sadness and sorrow. The confession lacked teasing, fun, blushing, character dynamics, challenges between them, and everything that made the original anime enjoyable. It felt like the director didn't want to make a Takagi movie. They wrote a lazy, uninspired, generic ending without any consideration for why people liked the anime in the first place. In conclusion, while this anime boasts good art, music and it's still Takagi, the lazy ending, uncharacteristic character portrayals, a dull main plot, slow sub-plot, and the disappointing confession are all too significant to ignore. If you haven't watched it yet or disagree with my assessment, I recommend revisiting the original anime, reading the manga's ending, and forming an objective view of this movie without letting your appreciation of the original three seasons interfere with your judgment. Imagine how much better this movie could have been if they cared about what makes this anime great. That's why, in my opinion, this movie is subpar and deserves no more than a 4/10 rating. I can't fathom why so many people liked it.

I had to talk about this anime. Each season has all been superb, and gave me joy and a certain nostalgia. To talk about the film, the music, the sets, the voices, the ambiance/atmosphere, seeing Nishikata and Takagi again what a pleasure... nothing could make me happier :) Huge W the studio doing very good things (with Dangers in my heart recently) This anime is one of my favorite romances with Kaguya Sama and Oregairu, but it has a special place that makes me soothed and admiring when I watch it, great movie! ❤️ If u like romance go check it ! (I'm sorry for the badenglish guys)

Hello if your reading this then that may be for 3 reasons. 1 you are looking to see if its good enough to watch, 2 you are looking for answers or anything you don't know, 3 you are interested to see how others felt about this anime in particular. I would like to say when first watching this anime it didn't appeal to my emotions enough for me to keep it close but at the same time I was very drawn to it. If you are honestly like me and watched season 3 and is looking for more content on this anime this, please watchthis movie, it is worth every last second. Seriously it is because I was so drawn into this anime it ended before I could register what happened leaving me a bit unfulfilled. I would like to see more content, but I have also accepted that it's over and done with and I couldn't be any happier with the way that things ended. I'm very honored to be able to rate this anime a 10 because I have a very strict guideline for how I rate anime. i rated this anime a 10 not because I just thought it was a good anime, I rated this anime a 10 because the plot and character development of these characters are amazing for both the main characters and the side characters. This anime is a true love story, and it stays with it and never strays from it, the openings and endings are marvelous, its very rare for me to like listening to both the op and end of an anime but this one truly had me watching every last second. Graphic and scenery this is something that make-or-break a lot of the animes that I watch, but this anime right here meets all things I was looking for in terms of aesthetically pleasing to the eye. well anyways let me stop rambling, if you truly want to rate this anime to its best ability watch it from start to finish with the movie being the last you watch its truly amazing. thank you for reading i greatly appreciate it.

As a fan of Teasing Master Takagi-san, I was thoroughly invested in the show and its wonderful cast of characters. The series had brought me immense joy and laughter throughout its run. However, I couldn't help but feel disappointed by the final movie. While I appreciated the animation and music, the rushed conclusion left me feeling unsatisfied. I had hoped for a more fleshed-out conclusion to Takagi-san and Nishikata's romantic journey. The movie skipped over crucial moments, leaving me with unanswered questions and a sense of disappointment. I had built up hopes for the ending from the author, but it ended so abruptly that all thoseexpectations went to waste. I had particularly looked forward to more of Takagi-san's teasing during the wedding scene. I had imagined her playfully teasing Nishikata as they exchanged vows, or perhaps a sweet kiss between the two. However, the movie failed to deliver on these expectations, leaving me feeling let down and unfulfilled. Despite this disappointment, I still hold a deep appreciation for the show as a whole. The creators brought the characters to life with such depth and nuance, and I will always cherish the memories of watching it. While the journey may not have ended the way I had hoped, the emotions and experiences that the show evoked will stay with me for a long time to come

Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san Movie (2022) Not the ending we wanted but the one we got. This seems to have adapted its own version of how to end things from what I remember of the manga. The writers also seemed to have forgotten about the teasing and let two very young characters become a serious romance. The art looks fantastic for its style, it is very similar to what we are used to and that is perfect. The sound is pretty impactful when it needs to be and has a lot of nice tear-jerking cues from the soundtrack. Characters if you don't know them you don'tdeserve to know them. Go and watch the rest of the series and come back. Many other characters and interesting side routes are left wide open with no end or outcome which is disappointing. The movie was deep and impactful and like I said without much of the teasing on the normal level. I get the feeling the producers realized that it would not survive much longer before perhaps its rating dropped beyond repair so they made the decision to end it. I am glad they ended it since it definitely isn't a show that needs season after season. It is however a movie that didn't really follow its own premise and left me feeling slightly empty. It is not how I expected it to go and definitely not how the manga looks in how it would build up. As a teasing master 4.10 but as a deep and complex romance film 9/10,

5 years 3 seasons 1 OVA 1 Movie After 5 years of waiting for another season, weekly sweet episodes finally comes to an end. I will forever cherish the moment that I watched and finished this series. I cannot hold back my emotions and suddenly my tears suddenly drops in my eyes as the moment I watched this movie finale. Words cannot describe how truly beautiful this series is. They really put effort in delivering the last part of these about the love story of Nishikata and Takagi-san. Hats off to the director to the author they really give me what I want when it comes to slice-of-life romance anime. Thisis my one of the best anime so far. It really gives you the warmth, sweet as sugar moments of these two lovebirds. Thank you to the person who writes and make a hearthwarming yet tearjerking moments of joy that happens in this anime.

You know, I’m generally a heartless person. I carry an apathetic facade, and it’s a struggle to break that facade through anything other than reminding me of my own patheticness. But Takagi-san did it. I cried, it wasn’t a hard cry (those only happen on emotional breakdowns), but there were tears. I watched the whole movie both scared and happy. It was hard to watch; it was hard to come to terms with the fact that this show would be over. I’ve been deeply in love with it since the first season—it was one of the first seasonals I watched, and now it’s over (presumably). It was incredibly bittersweet. Take this information as you will, I feel it sufficiently speaks on the quality of the show. A boring blob about all the quality of the show would not do my feelings justice, and so I shall not write one. I will just leave saying that I wholeheartedly recommend this series. I’ve heard some say it’s boring and repetitive, but I can only feel sorry for those people. So, Takagi-san, it was long, but thank you. Thank you for providing me a glimpse into the happiness I will never have and making me cry. Thank you for making me realize I’m not emotionless, even if only for a short second. Thank you for being so beautifully crafted. And goodbye for now. I will definitely rewatch you again (at least assuming I don’t commit suicide after watching K-On again) and I look forward to it. Thank you for reading.

4 years ago I watched the first season of "Teasing Master Takagi-San" It was such a comforting piece of Media, certainly a "feel good" show. I begged for a second season at that time, now I'm here 3 seasons later watching "Takagi-San" on the big screen with the dumbest grin on my face. Takagi in all of it's light-heartedness is a character driven story at its finest. This film delivered everything it was supposed to, it handled it's serious undertones well, delivered it's fan service (Not lewd ya weirdo) masterfully, it's animation, background scenery in all of it's fluidity had a consistent sense of qualitythroughout, a spectacle on the big screen. It's soundtrack is fun and ecstatic, though some tracks were overused, my theatre also had a terrible stereo system. I was smiling the whole film and even hit the person sitting next to me upon the post credit scene. It's a youthful explosion, even though the runtime is tragically short, I believe it to be a masterpiece. If you're a fan of the show, please go out and watch this film on the big screen, it truly is a once in a lifetime opportunity. If you haven't seen Takagi-san, please seek it out, I'm sure it'll bring a smile to your face atleast once, If you have no interest in the previous seasons, but still want to watch the film, do it. while some context is missing, this film is just as much as a starting point than the previous seasons. This may be the end of the youthful adventure of Teasing Master Takagi-San, but that's okay, because it's bound to make you happy forever.
