This is a music video, and I don't know why it's on MAL. However, its art and music are absolutely outstanding. Can't say much for the character though, since it's an mv. I guess the masked man and the eye are characters, but there's no development as the music video lasts for a few minutes. I enjoyed the music video, I guess, but if I'm treating this as an anime review, its bumped down a few notches so an 8's my score overall. Again, this isn't an anime. Kinda surprised me when I saw it in my suggestions. I am a fan of eve's music,and it's pretty great being able to write the first review for one of his songs on mal.
