Though the main series may not be perfect, I found the OVAs, in particular the second episode to be very close to it. Both episodes are funny and simply enjoyable to watch. The first episode is a classic OVA that's fun to watch, but the second has all of the ships, humor, and most of all, everyone visiting Capyper land. This in and of itself is what I was waiting for as Capyper land is hilarious as well as Yato's belief that the Capyper are real and not people in suits. There are a lot of jokes and character interactions that were so satisfying tosee. If you enjoyed Noragami enough to give it at least a 7 (or 6 if you're really critical), or maybe gave it a lower rating but appreciated the characters at least, this is a must watch.

It's a good time. Very cute and funny scenes that basically make slice of life episodes out of the show. This gets a bump from the other OVA because it was making me laugh more as Yato straddled the line between outlandish behavior but not being super annoying. I do kind of shudder at the thought of someone trying to emulate Yato and other characters like him as being zany in order to be liked, as it would just be more grating than what it's like in your Japanese animes. Anyways, Kazuma didn't get to massage Bishamon so I can only go so far as aneight out of ten here.

This was amazing - both OVAs kept me engaged the whole way through and really made me fall in love with the characters all over again, and my Yatori ship has been ackowledged. The second OVA feels like a necessity to watch for all Noragami fans in general. Story - The story behind the 2 OVAs was engaging and really enjoyable the entire way through. Art - They upped their game here and they really went for the artistically pleasing route a lot harder, and it worked! Sound - The sound quality was good but it wasn't particularly engaging aside from the characters voices. Character - Yukine has grownso much since he first met Yato and their bond is so strong now! Both Yato and Yukine also look like actual people having fun with Hiyori, which makes this series all the more engaging. Enjoyment - These OVAs were extremely fun to watch and I cannot give them enough praise for how they have developed this story into what it is, and did an amazing job and developing it from the manga. Overall - This was an overall pleasant and wholesome experience and I would highly recommend these OVAs.

SO much better than the first season's OVA episodes. Number one: the art and sound were the same as the main series'. The sound is always the same, but the fact that they kept the art with the OVAs on par with the main series is really nice. Number two: the first episode was hilarious. It was funny but not a one-off type of funny. It was actually enjoyable to watch Yato be an idiot this time around, unlike with the first ever OVA from the first season. Number three: the second episode is a must-watch, in my opinion. As in, if you watched themain series, the second episode is essentially a sequel. It doesn't have anything to do with the main storyline, but the characters' relationships develop and so do they. That's quite unusual for an OVA, so I'm really glad that this episode was what it was. Beyond that, it's just a wholesome episode that will show you everyone being happy and having a good time. Definitely would come back to these episodes again. Especially the second one. The hilarity and character development I saw in each episode respectively was awesome, and I'm glad that we get this little bit of forward momentum for the characters' futures together. I'd recommend these episodes for sure.

Sometimes, you just can't help but order an extra dose of sauce to compliment your fries, some people would say fries are not eatable without any sauce, but others while thinking it's okay, a little sauce won't hurt. replacing the fries with Noragami Aragato, you can't really deny to not want any extra content to seal off your hunger for more screentime. but Noragami Aragoto OVA was a hell of a quality dipping sauce indeed! - Story (7.0/10): The plot of these two OVA episodes are very much a variation of a slice of life with the comedy switch turned on. There is really no heavy plotwhirlpools or anything of that depth, just our characters going through some fun. With the first episode having the whole crew go on a skiing vacation where some mysterious fella tries to kill Yato, while the latter spends time trying to capture his killer. The second OVA episode focuses on the crew going to Capypa, while Hiyori is still having nightmares from what happened there the last time she went, with Yato trying to cheer her up. - Art (8.0/10): I can at least thus far say, the viewers can rest assured, and not worry about the quality of the animation, because it remains consistent throughout the 23 minutes couple of episodes, nothing to bash or drag way too much here, here's an above average work of animation, just enjoy the plot. - Sound (8.5/10): Aside from the fabulous opening and ending theme songs nothing stands out in a very memorable manner. Again, it was really great having to see those work of arts once another time. The voice acting was really well done for a comedic atmosphere. - Character (8.5/10): As I said before, the whole gang had the focus of this OVA, all of your lovable characters, I like how nobody was by any chance annoying. Everybody had some sort of screentime, they had the chance to speak some words and just be there for the sake of having a good time. - Enjoyment (9.0/10): The last season's OVA was fantastic, but this one was way more fun to keep up with, both episodes are very wholesome and engaging, I really need a third season and a good complimentary OVA too. - Overall (8.2/10): I would differently recommend this OVA for the parent's show's fans, especial the people into comedy, I've had some great giggles every here and there.

I'm intending to write a shorter review than what usually do for something small like an OVA or a movie. Considering the stories in both episodes, I found one story to be good and the other to be great. It definitely wasn't boring for me but some of the plot twists that occurred were more expected or anticipated knowing how the TV series works. The art's as normal as other good anime I've seen, but I liked some of the colours used in the 2nd episode that gave some kind of emotional effect with Hiyori's sad look with the happy colours contrasting with it,including the dark background of the night sky. The sound is pretty clear and concise, and the dubs were done well, too. I like the songs for both the opening and ending of the anime, as it's really catchy and interesting. However, doesn't it feel like that the ending for Noragami Aragoto sounds like a slower, more mellow version of Kirby's Gourmet Race? There isn't much I can say for the characters in this OVA, but what I found intriguing and was curious of was Hiyori's expression and what she might be thinking when she arrived to the festival and what kind of conflicted thoughts she must have, not to mention Yuki's sudden change from annoyance for Capypa Land to wonder and awe. I guess that's the magical power of the Capypas... I found this to be really enjoyable. The fight scenes are pretty awesome, but a change of scenery with a calm story is a nice way to feel relaxed and free from any major troubles in the anime. Overall, this was a very good anime. I will be hoping for the next season, otherwise, we wouldn't know what would be going on with Nora and her new master (can't include spoilers). This isn't a short review after all...

The second OVA is amazing! One of my favorite aspects of Noragami is the humor and this OVA is full of it. I also just think Capypa land is a hilarious concept so the characters finally going there was perfect. Plus some romance thrown in there... I was dead. I have watched this specific OVA back several times now whenever I need that "Noragami feel" again. The first OVA is great too. While it doesn't really contribute anything to the main plot line or anything like that, it's a fun side story that brings all the main characters we see in the series together. Itwas fun to see how they all interacted with each other together since usually we just see yato, yuki and hiyori interacting with all those characters individually. 10/10 would recommend. Love it

Absolutely loved this! The first OVA is all of them going on a ski trip thing, and the second is all of them going to Capypa Land~ I would have to say the second OVA in this is the best out of all four of them in total~ But both of these are really funny and amazing. And both have adorable Yato moments >w< Although these are mostly just comedy, it's adorable and makes me really happy~ especially the second one - all my ships in one place>///< I loved these OVAs so much and they are a must watch~
